Our company, Two Laughing Ladies, was created at a basketball game (of all places!). There we were, two moms sitting in the bleachers at a basketball tournament, talking, and watching our 6th grade boys compete against each other. Already good friends, we chose to sit together (instead of on opposite sides) even though we were rooting for different teams! We were laughing and enjoying our popcorn between time-outs, when the conversation turned from the game to opening an online store. Sounds crazy, but that's exactly how it happened. Well, a game was won and a business plan was hatched too. Now, we are on the same team!
